The activities

• Being the point of contact for customers across the assigned market(s).
• Conducting reactivation outbound calls to former subscribers to understand their needs and encourage them to return.
• Clarifying questions related to meal-kit plans, delivery schedules, subscription flexibility, and recipe options.
• Ensuring smooth customer experiences through accurate information sharing and effective problem resolution.
• Supporting quality service delivery aligned with the client's mission of simple, enjoyable home-cooking.
• Contributing to the achievement of the client's operational objectives.

Requirements

• Danish C2 level

• English B2 level
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
• High School Diploma
• EU passport/ID or a portuguese resident card
