No advanced tech experience is required. If you’re comfortable using smartphones, apps and everyday technology, you’ll receive the training you need.

Your Job – Smartwatch Customer Support

You’ll help customers get the most out of their smart devices and solve everyday questions about their smartwatch, apps and connected technology.

Your daily tasks include:

• Supporting Danish-speaking customers via calls and tickets
• Helping with smartwatch features and everyday device use
• Troubleshooting connections, apps and settings
• Guiding customers through solutions step by step
• Identifying recurring technical issues and reporting them internally
• Working alongside an international support team

You’ll build practical experience in technical support, wearable technology, iOS, Android and digital customer experience – useful skills if you want to continue within tech or customer support.

Requirements

You:

• Speak Danish at B2 level or higher
• Have good English skills
• Are comfortable using smartphones and apps
• Have a basic understanding of iOS and Android
• Enjoy solving problems and helping people
• Are patient, friendly and willing to learn
• Are interested in living and working abroad

Previous technical support experience is a plus, but not required.
