Mercier Consultancy is excited to invite applications for the position of Danish-Speaking Fitbit Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. We provide a fully paid relocation package to ensure a smooth and comfortable transition to this fantastic opportunity.
In this role, you will support Danish-speaking Fitbit customers by resolving their product inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering outstanding customer service to enhance their experience with Fitbit devices.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Danish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat channels
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Fitbit products
- Assist customers with product usage and features
- Document interactions accurately and consistently
- Collaborate with internal teams for issue escalation and resolution
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and customer-focused approach throughout all interactions
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English, both spoken and written. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance preferred
- Interest in fitness technology and health is a plus
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently
- Team player with the capacity to work independently when required
- Familiarity with customer support platforms is advantageous
