Mercier Consultancy is seeking a highly motivated Danish-Speaking Fintech Customer Support Analyst to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role offers a fully paid relocation package to help you transition smoothly to this exciting position.
As a Fintech Customer Support Analyst, you will provide expert assistance to Danish-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues related to financial technology products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement in service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
- Analyze and resolve customer issues related to fintech products and services
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and troubleshoot complex problems
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in support systems
- Provide feedback to product and development teams to enhance customer experience
- Stay informed about industry trends and fintech innovations
- Maintain a customer-centric approach and promote positive client relationships
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English, both spoken and written. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Experience in customer support, preferably within the fintech industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia with full relocation support provided
