Your role

As a Danish-speaking Customer Support Agent, you'll support customers using products and services from one of the world's most recognised tech companies.

You'll work in an international team, develop your communication and problem-solving skills, and gain experience working with digital products, customer experience and professional support tools.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting customers through phone, chat and email
• Troubleshooting questions and finding effective solutions
• Working with CRM, ticketing and other digital support tools
• Following established processes and using knowledge bases
• Working towards customer satisfaction and performance goals
• Collaborating with colleagues and sharing best practices
• Keeping your product knowledge up to date

No tech experience? That's okay.

You don't need a technical background to succeed.
