Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Danish through phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions related to subscription plans, features, and issues
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our tracking system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving our service offerings
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on our products and services

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and verbal
• Experience in customer support, particularly in subscription-based services or technology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to satisfaction
• Ability to multitask and manage inquiries efficiently in a busy environment
• Familiarity with customer support software and systems
