Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce a vacancy for a Danish Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Online Marketplace Platform Department! In this dynamic role, you will be the go-to support for our Danish-speaking users, helping them navigate our online marketplace platform and ensuring they have a seamless experience while using our services.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in Danish via email, phone, and chat
- Assist users with inquiries related to the online marketplace platform, including account issues and product listings
- Document client interactions and resolutions in our customer support system
- Collaborate with the technical and product teams to address any user concerns
- Guide clients on best practices for optimizing their experience on the platform
- Stay updated on platform features and enhancements to better assist customers
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer support, particularly in e-commerce or online marketplace environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A proactive approach to customer service and satisfaction
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with customer support software and tools is a plus
