In this important role, you will be the key point of contact for our Danish-speaking clients, providing them with top-tier support as they navigate our mobile banking services. Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in Danish through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with inquiries related to mobile banking features and services
- Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex client issues
- Guide clients on best practices for using the mobile banking platform
- Collect and relay user feedback to help improve our services
- Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about service updates and enhancements
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer support, preferably within the banking or financial services sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A proactive approach to enhancing customer satisfaction
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with customer support software and banking applications
