Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Danish Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Logistics Department, based in Greece! In this essential role, you will be the main contact for our Danish-speaking clients, providing outstanding support and assistance with their logistics needs.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Danish via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with questions regarding logistics services, shipment tracking, and documentation
- Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in our customer management system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client challenges
- Provide detailed information about logistics processes and options available
- Collect client feedback to drive service improvements
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on our services and tools
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in logistics or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A proactive approach towards client satisfaction
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer support systems and technologies
