Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce a vacancy for a Danish Speaking Customer Support Representative within our Home Entertainment Systems Department! In this essential role, you will be the first point of contact for our Danish-speaking clients, providing them with expert support and guidance concerning their home entertainment systems. Your fluency in Danish will enable you to communicate effectively and ensure a satisfying experience for our customers.
This position is perfect for individuals who are tech-savvy and passionate about helping others. You will assist clients in troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and guiding them towards optimal use of their home entertainment systems.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Danish via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with questions related to product features, troubleshooting, and setup
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex customer issues
- Provide customers with relevant information about product warranties and services
- Gather and relay customer feedback to help improve our offerings
- Participate in training sessions to keep up-to-date with product knowledge
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, ideally in the technology or home entertainment sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A proactive approach towards delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer support software and tools
