Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in Danish via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding product availability, orders, and store policies
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the retail team to address customer needs and concerns
- Offer informed recommendations based on clients' preferences and inquiries
- Gather customer feedback to contribute to service improvements
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service techniques
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer support, ideally in a retail or luxury brand environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
- A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail setting
- Familiarity with customer support software and systems
