What you’ll be doing

• Supporting customers via phone, chat and e-mail
• Helping users navigate digital payment and banking-related services
• Solving customer questions professionally and efficiently
• Providing a smooth and positive customer experience
• Assisting customers with new and existing services
• Working closely with an international team in a fast-moving environment
• Learning modern customer communication and problem-solving skills

Requirements

• Fluent Danish speaker
• Good English skills (written & spoken)
• Interest in fintech, digital payments, banking or technology
• Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
• Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems
• Positive attitude and team spirit
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
