Thinking about spending a year abroad, but still want to gain experience that can actually strengthen your CV?

We're looking for Danish speakers to join an international customer support team in Athens, working with insurance, claims and device protection.

You don't need previous insurance experience. You'll receive full training and learn the role from the ground up.

What You'll Do

You'll support customers with insurance and protection plans for electronics and other products.

Your daily work will include:

• Registering and managing insurance claims
• Providing updates on ongoing cases
• Explaining coverage, eligibility and next steps
• Helping customers with repairs and replacements
• Handling customer questions and complaints
• Updating and documenting customer cases
• Working with CRM and claims management systems
• Following procedures related to GDPR, data protection and compliance

The role combines customer service with practical claims and case management experience.

Requirements

You:

• Speak Danish fluently
• Have a good level of English
• Have completed high school or equivalent
• Communicate clearly and enjoy helping people
• Are comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Are organised and solution-oriented
• Are ready to live and work in Athens

Previous insurance experience is not required. Structured training and on-the-job learning are provided before you become fully operational.
