Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues for Danish-speaking clients
- Provide expert advice and customized solutions to meet client needs
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure swift resolution of problems
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and solutions provided
- Proactively identify opportunities for service improvement based on client feedback
- Support onboarding and training activities for new clients
- Keep up-to-date with company products, services, and industry trends
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English, both verbal and written.
- Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong customer service skills with a solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience in customer support or consulting roles preferred
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria (relocation costs fully covered)
