In this role, you will be tasked with providing support to our Danish-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in Danish and English
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer complaints
- Enhance customer satisfaction by collecting and analyzing feedback
- Stay updated on product offerings and enhancements
- Engage in training sessions to continuously improve service delivery
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred, especially in relevant sectors
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive, proactive approach
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multitasking demands
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Genuine dedication to providing outstanding service to customers
- Familiarity with customer relationship management tools is a plus
