We are seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service to Danish-speaking clients.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a positive experience to our Danish-speaking customers. Your role is critical in maintaining strong customer relationships and upholding our high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support in Danish and English across multiple channels
• Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Accurately log customer interactions in the CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively
• Collect and relay customer feedback to aid in service improvement
• Keep up to date with product knowledge and company policies
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge continuously

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish, and proficiency in English, is required.
• You must clearly state your native language and nationality in your application.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia with a full relocation support package.
• An EU residency/passport is mandatory.
