• Provide exceptional customer support in both English and Danish, utilizing various communication channels such as emails, chats, and phone calls.
• Deliver prompt and accurate resolutions to customer inquiries, always striving to go above and beyond to exceed their expectations.
• Collaborate with our amazing team members to create a seamless and personalized customer experience that sets us apart.
• Adhere to our company policies and procedures, including following guidelines for player safety, protection, and responsible gaming.

You're good at:

• Verbal and written communication in Danish and English
• Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
• Background in customer service, this can be face to face, online or via phone calls
• Multi-tasking and time management
