Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking clients via live chat, email, and phone.
• Assist players with issues related to their gaming accounts, promotions, and technical challenges.
• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately and provide feedback on service improvements.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Stay knowledgeable about the products and industry trends to assist customers effectively.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and strong proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the iGaming sector.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and support.
• Experience with CRM tools and customer support software preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace a new life experience.
