Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer an incredible opportunity for a Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Sports Betting Platform, with the chance to work in beautiful Greece. In this essential role, you will provide exceptional support to our Danish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to sports betting and gaming services.
Your fluency in Danish will be crucial in helping clients understand betting options, account management, and resolving any issues they may encounter. You will play a significant role in enhancing customer satisfaction and promoting our exciting gaming offerings.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service in Danish via phone, email, and chat regarding sports betting inquiries
- Assist customers with account questions, betting options, and promotions
- Handle complaints and issues with a problem-solving approach
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for customers
- Gather customer feedback to improve our gaming services and offerings
- Stay informed about sports events and trends to provide knowledgeable assistance
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English, with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for sports and gaming
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the betting or gaming industry, is preferred
- Able to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Genuine interest in sports and enthusiasm for customer engagement
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
