Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's IT Support Services team, based in beautiful Greece. In this pivotal role, you will provide top-notch support to our Danish-speaking clients, assisting them with technical inquiries and issues related to IT services and solutions.
Your fluency in Danish will be essential as you help customers troubleshoot technical problems, navigate software solutions, and understand IT services, ensuring they receive the high-quality support they need.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in Danish via phone, email, and chat for IT support inquiries
- Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Educate clients on IT services and software functionalities
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently
- Gather customer feedback to enhance the quality of our IT support services
- Stay updated on the latest trends in technology and IT support
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English, with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in IT or technical support, is preferred
- Able to manage multiple inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Genuine interest in technology and assisting customers with their IT needs
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
