What You’ll Do

• Assist customers in Danish across phone, chat, and email
• Resolve inquiries accurately and professionally
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality standards
• Escalate issues when needed and document interactions clearly
• Work with your team to improve processes and workflows
• Follow company guidelines and internal procedures

Requirements

• Fluent Danish (spoken and written)
• Strong English skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented and empathetic
• Comfortable using Windows OS, MS Office, and online tools
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Experience in customer service or call center roles is a plus
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
