Our client, one of Malta’s leading iGaming companies, is looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Service Agent to join their international team.

This role offers the opportunity to build an international career while living in one of Europe’s most vibrant island destinations. You will support players via chat and email, ensuring every interaction is handled professionally and with a positive, solution-focused mindset.

You will receive structured training, including soft skills development, fraud awareness, and gaming product knowledge, equipping you to confidently manage a variety of situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via live chat and email
• Resolve player queries efficiently and professionally
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience in every interaction
• Apply fraud awareness and responsible gaming knowledge where relevant
• Follow internal procedures while maintaining a personal and empathetic approach
• Contribute positively to team targets and overall service standards

Requirements

• Native-level Danish (written and spoken)
• Good English communication skills
• Positive, friendly, and solution-oriented mindset
• Willingness to work shifts
• Interest in gaming or previous customer service experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
