Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries related to our products and services
• Accurately record customer interactions in our CRM system
• Work closely with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Guide clients on product features and advantages to enhance their experience
• Collect and relay customer feedback to drive service improvements
• Engage in continuous training to keep updated on product knowledge

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
