Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients by responding to inquiries about banking products and services in both Danish and English.
• Utilize your sales experience to actively identify client needs and suggest tailored financial solutions.
• Assist in account openings, transactions, and any other banking inquiries our customers may have.
• Collaborate with the vibrant sales team to reach and surpass sales targets.
• Address and resolve customer complaints with a friendly and professional approach.
• Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in our systems.
• Stay updated on banking regulations and product offerings to better serve our clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and strong communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• A minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales, ideally in the banking sector.
• A proven track record in sales, demonstrating your drive to meet targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that resonate with customers.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with banking software and CRM systems is beneficial.
• Willingness to relocate to the sunny shores of Malta and embrace new experiences!
