You'll be the key point of contact for our clients, assisting them with banking inquiries and promoting our diverse financial products. Responsibilities

• Assist customers with banking inquiries and provide information on products and services in both Danish and English
• Utilize your sales expertise to understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Support clients with account openings, transactions, and banking-related tasks.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and achieve sales targets.
• Handle customer complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Accurately document all interactions and transactions in our systems.
• Stay updated on banking regulations and products for effective customer support.

Requirements

• Fluent in Danish and well-versed in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• A minimum of 2 years in sales, preferably in a banking environment.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to perform under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with banking software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is an advantage.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace its unique cultural experience.
