• Assist Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with their Fitbit inquiries
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
• Guide users through product features and functionalities
• Document customer interactions and feedback in our support system
• Work collaboratively with the tech team to escalate unresolved issues
• Promote a proactive approach to customer engagement and satisfaction
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and English, both oral and written
• Strong communication skills with a customer-centric mindset
