
Workster is partnering with a fast-growing international technology company to expand its Danish-speaking Customer Service Team in Athens. The client provides a widely used digital platform that helps individuals and businesses create and manage their online presence. We are looking for empathetic, solution-focused Danish-speaking Customer Service Representatives to deliver outstanding support across multiple channels and help users get the most from the platform.
Respond to inbound customer enquiries via chat, email and phone in Danish.
Provide accurate, timely and friendly support for product, billing and account-related questions.
Troubleshoot user issues on the platform, provide clear step-by-step guidance and propose practical solutions.
Escalate complex or technical issues to relevant teams and follow up until resolution.
Educate users about platform features and best practices to help them achieve their goals.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system and ensure accurate ticket handling.
Collect and relay user feedback to product and development teams to improve the user experience.
Participate in training and coaching sessions to stay up to date with product updates and service standards.
Native-level Danish and professional working proficiency in English (B2 or above).
At least 1 year of customer service or contact centre experience with a strong customer orientation (mandatory).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Danish and English.
Experience with digital platforms, website builders or CMS is a plus; interest in digital marketing and web design welcomed.
Strong problem-solving skills, patience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Comfortable using CRM systems, ticketing tools and standard office software.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Stable job history and a professional approach to work.
Based in Athens or willing to relocate to Athens; flexibility for occasional travel if required.
