Are you a fluent Danish speaker looking for an exciting opportunity in Cyprus? We are looking for Danish speakers to join our Customer Support Team and provide high-quality assistance to customers of a leading international digital services company!

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized customer support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer inquiries at first contact whenever possible
• Answer customer questions in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
• Assist customers with digital services, platforms, applications, and websites
• Troubleshoot technical issues and find effective solutions
• Handle customer requests and complaints while ensuring a positive customer experience
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal team or external partner when necessary
• Meet customer service quality, compliance, and productivity targets
• Build positive relationships with customers and provide a high level of customer satisfactio

Requirements

• Native or proficient Danish speaker (C2 level)
• B2-level English
• Strong communication skills and excellent phone communication
• Excellent listening and writing skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Cyprus
• Willingness to relocate to Cyprus
