Your Role as a Customer Support Agent:

  • As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:
    • Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and email
    • Provide accurate information regarding bookings, rebookings, and cancellations (air, rail, hotel, and more)
    • Find tailored solutions to ensure smooth and enjoyable journeys for customers

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • A flexible, dynamic, and customer-focused attitude
