Job Description

Are you an instructor who wants to share your passion of dance? At the Y, we believe in helping kids reach their full potential. Our programs focus on building skill development and confidence. As a dance instructor, you will ensure kids get their hearts pumping through popular dance steps and have a positive, energetic, and fun experience.

Are you the right fit?

  • Enjoys working with children and able to build a rapport with children and parents
  • Able to plan/develop/deliver a safe and fun dance program
  • Prepare and choreograph a dance performance at the end of the 10-week session

What else do you need?

  • 1-2 years’ experience in dance instruction
  • Strong communication skills
  • Emergency First Aid and CPR C certification
