We are currently looking for energetic and highly motivated hospitality professionals to join our Dalston Café team as Café all-rounders.

When you work with us as a Café All-rounder, you’re not just selling and preparing great coffee in our café, you are a brand ambassador for our wholesale business that stretches across London and Europe.
As a Café All-rounder your priority will be exceptional customer service, great coffee and an overall fantastic attention to detail.
Responsibilities will include:
Preparation of outstanding coffee
Delivering genuine and efficient service to each and every customer
Advising on and selling retail coffee & accessories
Running food & drinks
Operating efficient table maintenance and service to dine in customers
Opening and closing the café
Details:
Hours: 5 shifts per week, 32-38 hours a week
Days: Weekend availability is essential
Hourly rate: £14.80
Times: The cafe is open between 8-4 Mon-Fri and 9-4 on Saturdays and Sunday.
Probation period: 3 months
Reporting to: Dalston Cafe General Manager
Experience: Our ideal candidate will have experienced in a high volume hospitality environment.

Allpress Espresso is a coffee roaster founded in New Zealand in 1989. Now with roasteries in Australia, England and Japan in addition to New Zealand, Allpress coffee is being enjoyed in many parts of the world. In Japan, we opened a roastery & cafe in Kiyosumi Shirakawa, Tokyo in 2014, and a cafe in Toranomon in 2020. We are particular about flavor and deliver coffee roasted by hot air roasting to your home or office.
