About the role
As a Daily Worker Commis III, you will support the Culinary Team in delivering exceptional dining experiences by assisting with food preparation, maintaining kitchen hygiene standards, and ensuring efficient kitchen operations. This entry-level culinary role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about food, eager to learn, and looking to build a career in the hospitality industry.
What you will do
Prepare ingredients and assist in the preparation of menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas, equipment, and storage facilities.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures at all times.
Support chefs during food service periods to ensure timely and high-quality food delivery.
Store and handle food products properly to maintain freshness and quality.
Assist with receiving, checking, and organizing kitchen supplies.
Work collaboratively with other team members to create memorable guest dining experiences.
