The main assignment for Business unit Hospitality & Hotel, is to enable a great visit and stay that comes with a unique Älmhultish hospitality

As a Daily Service Leader you secure and contribute to a positive and excellent guest experience by serving high quality food and beverages. The role is equivalent to a Head Waiter with the responsibility of securing the daily operations in our restaurants. This means serving and preparing our food and beverage offer according to set routines and ways of working with high quality. You are also expected to be a strong contributor in the development of existing routines and ways of working setting new ones. You coach your colleagues in accordance and ensure all co-workers are up to date on ways of working, rules and regulations within food and beverages.

Qualifications

We expect you to have extensive experience and knowledge from the restaurant and/or service industry where you have had the responsibility for daily operations. You are used to taking responsibility for what needs to be done and are also able to coach and lead your colleagues in taking their responsibility for their tasks and ensuring an excellent guest experience.

Additional Information

This is a temporary, full time, position during 1st April to 31st December 2025 that will be part of our Food Service team. The working hours will be scheduled and follow the business needs in our different units.
