职位描述
Supply Planning 1、完善海外区域/子公司补货计划流程,提升海外区域计划可视性及准确性,增强区域计划能力; 参与销售预测评审,对准DP发布的销售预测,制定海外仓补货计划; 根据海外补货计划和实际业务需求,结合在库在途订单,调整需求节奏和补货安排; 2、建立区域策略补货机制,设置前置“防火墙”, 拉通供需链条,风险提前识别和调整; 负责区域计划策略制定,包括安全库存(包含新品和老品)制定; 与DP和S&OP计划协同,管理区域供需平衡; 补货订单运输成本管理,包括运输方式设计及审批; 3、建立区域全链条库存数据看板及库存风险预警及督导体系,对区域库存周转和库存健康负责;根据库存状况及区域需求,合理规划RDC仓库存分货,保证需求满足的同时加快库存周转; 建立健全供应链指标监控体系,及时预警风险并跟进解决方案的落地; 建立存货管理及库存预测机制,督促区域超期存货的处理,优化库存结构。
