Responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of master data across variouscommercialsystems and applications. Manages the end-to-end master data lifecycle, implementing best practices in data governance, protection, and compliance with relevant regulations, including GDPRor other local data regulations Involve collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as Sales, IT, and compliance teams, to develop andmaintainrobust master data management processes. Oversee the maintenance and integrity of master data across multiple platforms, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Develop and implement data management strategies thatcomply withdata protection regulations, including GDPR, while addressing internal business needs.
Identifyopportunities for data process enhancements and lead initiatives to implement solutions, including new consent collection approaches and system integrations.
Utilize tools such as Power BI and Excel to create analytical reports and dashboards that provide insights into key performance metrics and drive business decision-making.
Participate in the implementation of new Master Data Management (MDM) systems, supporting testing, training, and data preparation activities for system migrations and integrations.
Work closely with various departments tofacilitatedata alignment and accuracy, ensuring all teams have access to reliable master data for operational efficiency.
Helpsestablishand implement programs and innovative initiatives for the Data Governance &Master Dataarea, under general supervision.
Contributes to components of projects, programs, or processes for the Data Governance &Master Dataarea.
Develops control structures to ensure the accuracy and quality of data through all upstream and downstream data channels
Supports maintenance ofcommercial customer content,business glossary, data integration, data lineage, and data management activities.
Ensures processes for data asset management, data quality, and issue resolution align with business needs andensureclean and healthy data.
Understands and applies Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
Kč704,000.00 - Kč1,135,050.00
