About the Role

Sime are seeking a D365 Solution Architect to join theirERP Modernisationteam at their head office in South Brisbane. This is a Permanent,Monday to Friday role.

Whatyou’llbe doing:

As aD365 Solution Architectat SimeIndustrial, you willsupport thetechnical design and configurationactivitiesof D365 and supporting platforms,includingtheconfiguration, localisation,andbroaderenterpriseintegrationas part of our division wide ERP and Dealer Management Systemmodernisationprogram

You’llbe responsible for

• Supportthe solution designof D365 Finance & Operations (FinOps)andCustomerEngagement(CE), Power Platform, and Azurewith Technology Teams and System Integration partners

• Support the translation ofbusiness requirements into scalable solution designsthat meet business needs and are aligned withenterprise standards

• Document transition and future state architectures to support migration planningand execution

• Support delivery teams throughout implementation,integrationand migration phases, ensuring outcomes are still aligned with original intents

• Ensure solution quality through strong documentation, testing support, and promotion of best practices in data governance, security, and compliance

Whatyou’llneed

A successfulteammatewill have

• Strong experienceimplementingandmanagingmedium to large EnterprisesonD365 FO, CE, Power Platform, and Azurehosted solutions

• Experience working in large business improvement programs, managing multiple deadlines and co-ordinating activities across multidisciplinary teams

• Advancedskillsacrossthe use ofMicrosoftportfolio of solutionsparticularly Dynamics365,Power Platform,Fabric,DevOpsandAzure

• Proven ability to design and communicate solution options clearly, aligning benefits to business needs and influencing stakeholders to act

• Solid data and analytical skills, including advanced data analysis, reporting, and interpretation to support informed decision‑making

• Experience designing and supporting testing activities, including integration, regression, and automated testing, to ensure solution quality
