Position: D365 FO and CE Contractors

RGH-Global Limited is a leading global consulting firm that specializes in providing innovative and comprehensive solutions to businesses across various industries. We are currently seeking experienced and highly skilled D365 FO and CE Contractors to join our team on a full-time, 6-month contract basis.

As a D365 FO and CE Contractor, you will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (FO) and Customer Engagement (CE) applications for our clients. You will work closely with our project teams and clients to understand their business requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

- Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO and CE applications based on client requirements

- Develop customizations and extensions to enhance the functionality of D365 FO and CE

- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and accuracy of the implemented solutions

- Collaborate with project teams and clients to gather and analyze business requirements and provide recommendations for process improvements

- Provide training and support to end-users on D365 FO and CE applications

- Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates on project progress

- Stay updated on the latest features and updates of D365 FO and CE to ensure the best practices are followed in the implementation process

- Adhere to project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO and CE applications

- Strong knowledge of D365 FO and CE implementation methodologies and best practices

- Experience in customizing and extending D365 FO and CE using X++, C#, and .NET

- Proficient in data migration, integration, and reporting tools for D365 FO and CE

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with project teams and clients

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus
