Senior Dynamics 365 CE Consultant (Field Service)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Consultant to lead end-to-end Field Service implementations. In this role, you will leverage your deep technical expertise to design and deploy scalable business process automation that drives operational efficiency for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Discovery: Facilitate requirements gathering and discovery workshops directly with client stakeholders.
• End-to-End Implementation: Design, build, and deploy scalable business process automation from initial discovery through go-live.
• Process Optimization: Analyze client workflows to optimize operational efficiency through strategic system design.
• Client Engagement: Travel to client sites up to 25% of the time (on average) to support crucial project milestones and foster relationships.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on consulting experience in Dynamics 365 CE, specifically focused on Field Service implementations.
• Deep technical expertise and architectural understanding of Dataverse, Power Platform, and Power Automate.
• Proven track record of successfully guiding complex CRM projects through the entire implementation lifecycle.

Bonus Points (Highly Preferred)

• Experience implementing or working with D365 Sales.
• Hands-on experience with D365 Project Operations.
