Background:

The Inter IKEA Systems Retail Package is a set of standardized and well established tools, digital products and services tailored for the IKEA retail business and available to all IKEA retailers. This Retail Package is built based on a best of breed approach with Microsoft applications at the core. The integration of IKEAs standardized business processes makes it a unique IKEA software solution, Master Version (MV).

The scope of the consultant services is to assist IKEA in:

Master Version currently consist of a store module (Master Version Business Central) based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Central, a business intelligence application (Master Version Qlik Sense), based on Qlik Sense, a Customer Relations Management module (Master Version CRM), based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and an E-commerce module (Master Version E-com).

We are now starting a journey to replace Business Central and LS Central as our base ERP retail operations solution with D365 Finance & Operation, D365 Commerce, D365 Customer Service and D365 Field service. To support in in this transition we need support from resources with D365 expertise in different roles.

The main tasks in the assignment are as below:

As a developer you will working D365 Commerce digital retail operation platform dev team working with development, deployment, later rollout as well as maintenance.

You should have full stack development skills covering cloud, front end, server side, databases and APIs. Worked on bespoke Microsoft ERP integrations from AX2009 right up to Dynamics 365. Developed custom modules and themes. Created RCSU extensions to add new back end functionality. Integrated MS Commerce with 3rd party payment, search and ERP solution. Have well documented experience from building up internal best practices for MS Commerce projects. Developed and delivered training to onboard colleagues

As developer you should be used working with Azure DevOps for collaboration, follow-up, documentation, build and deploy pipelines and code management, also preferable GitHub.
