Job Description

Position Summary

• Lead the architectural design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations as the primary business owner for a high-growth consumer brand.
• Partner cross-functionally across Finance, Operations, and Data teams alongside external implementation partners to map end-to-end workflows and build a scalable operational backbone.
• Translate strategic business requirements into functional enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions in a high-trust, fully remote environment with periodic team off-sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Document and standardize end-to-end business processes across procure-to-pay, month-end close, order-to-cash, inventory, logistics, and record-to-report while evaluating configuration versus customization.
• Drive cross-functional user acceptance testing (UAT) and business validation by designing test scenarios, executing scripts, and working with subject matter experts to confirm system readiness.
• Design comprehensive enterprise solution architectures encompassing system integrations, data management, and application security compliant with internal controls.
• Partner with implementation vendors to establish rollout timelines, manage project risks, track key milestones, and lead change management and user training across departments.
• Identify and integrate ERP-native capabilities and AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency, reduce manual redundancies, and streamline documentation and testing processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or business operations with a focus on core financial and operational workflows.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing enterprise ERP platforms equivalent to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
• Proven expertise managing full lifecycle ERP deployments from initial assessment and requirements gathering through deployment, change management, and post-go-live optimization.
• Strong domain experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), direct-to-consumer (DTC), or retail environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Operations, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance or Supply Chain Management functional professional.
• Background in the food, beverage, or dietary supplement industries.
• Hands-on experience using modern AI tools to accelerate system documentation, test generation, and process mapping.
