Job Description

D365 Administrator

Remote | Unlimited Holiday | Own a CRM that the business depends on every day.

Infinity Group are a innovative Microsoft Cloud Solution Partner based in the UK. We excel in providing award-winning IT Support, Digital Transformation, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultancy services.

With a robust team of over 180 professionals, we operate from offices in Tunbridge Wells and London Paddington. Our exceptional work has earned us the prestigious title of Microsoft Partner of the Year for Dynamics Business Central.

We are dedicated to fostering a more productive and secure work environment for organizations utilizing Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and Azure.

Guided by core values of empathy, creativity, ambition, authenticity, and confidence, we celebrate diversity and strive to create a supportive and innovative work environment.

We are committed to the well-being and growth of our employees, and we prioritize continuous learning and development through fully funded training programs.

Our focus on people, expertise, and commitment to excellence underscores our mission to make a positive impact in the tech industry.

This role exists to ensure Dynamics 365 CE is not just running - but working for the business.
You’ll own the day-to-day performance, stability, and usability of the platform, making sure teams can rely on it to manage customers, opportunities, and delivery without friction.
Acting as the central point between users, IT, and partners, you’ll remove blockers, maintain control, and continuously improve how the platform supports growth, adoption, and data quality.

What you’ll be doing

    Platform ownership & stability

  • Ensure D365 CE remains stable, secure, and reliable, with full oversight of environments, performance, and governance.
  • User experience & support

  • Act as the first point of contact for users — resolving issues quickly, removing friction, and keeping teams moving.
  • Access & control

  • Manage users, licences, security roles, and permissions to ensure the right people have the right access, at the right time.
  • Change & continuous improvement

  • Triage, define, and coordinate small changes and enhancements — ensuring they are delivered in a controlled, low-impact way.
  • Data & system integrity

  • Maintain clean, structured, and reliable data, supporting reporting, forecasting, and decision-making.
  • Release & partner coordination

  • Support upgrades, releases, and third-party interactions, ensuring changes are tested, controlled, and aligned to business needs.

The kind of problems you’ll solve

  • Users can’t access what they need, or have the wrong permissions
  • Data is inconsistent, duplicated, or not usable for reporting
  • Integrations fail or behave unpredictably, impacting workflows
  • Small changes build up but lack structure, prioritisation, or ownership
  • System performance or stability starts to affect day-to-day operations
  • Releases or updates introduce risk to business continuity
  • Different teams use the system in inconsistent ways, reducing value
  • The business isn’t fully using the platform to support sales and delivery

What sets you apart

  • You think in terms of outcomes - not just tickets or tasks
  • You take ownership and don’t wait for problems to escalate
  • You balance control and flexibility, knowing when the business needs speed vs governance
  • You’re naturally organised and bring structure to ambiguity
  • You make complex systems feel simple for end users
  • You stay calm under pressure and solve problems quickly
  • You care about how systems support real commercial outcomes, not just technical delivery

Your impact

  • The business can trust its core CRM to support sales, delivery, and customer management
  • Users spend less time battling the system and more time creating value
  • Leadership has reliable data to make commercial decisions
  • Changes are delivered safely without disrupting operations
  • The platform actively supports growth, rather than slowing it down

What it’s like here

  • High expectations, but no micromanagement
  • Support when you need it, space when you don’t
  • People who care about doing things properly
  • You won’t be measured on noise.

    You’ll be measured on:

    • Opportunity quality
    • Thinking
    • Progression
    • Outcomes

What you get

  • Unlimited annual leave
  • Private healthcare, life assurance, company shares
  • Electric car scheme
  • Flexible / remote working (with access to Tunbridge Wells & Paddington)
  • Team and company socials, including Illuminate Awards
