We operate a Direct-to-Consumer business through Shopify in Mexico and the US. D2C is a core sales channel with full P&L ownership, not a support function. As the channel scales, we are strengthening internal ownership to ensure strong commercial execution, conversion, and profitability.
We don’t need someone to support ecommerce.
We need someone who owns it.
This role owns Shopify MX & US end-to-end. You sign the numbers: revenue, CVR, AOV, and CAC.
You define the commercial strategy, execute it onsite, optimize conversion, and align paid media priorities with Performance.
If you want real accountability and real scope, this role has both.
Requirements
This is a role for someone who wants to own a D2C channel end-to-end — commercially, operationally, and strategically.
