Support our team of Marketing Managers and Strategists across our D2C eCommerce channel, striving to achieve seamless execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns through our integrated marketing process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign deliverables are executed on time, aligned with business objectives, and optimized for customer engagement.

Associate Responsibilities
• Process coordination to support Carhartt.com campaign activations including briefing and specification requirements, manage asset development, approvals and handoffs, and asset trafficking.
• Support our seasonal planning with coordinating cross-channel collaboration, touchpoints and process to ensure integration and alignment.
• Submit creative briefs/tactics to our creative project management tool and manage them through to asset delivery & execution, tracking on-time creative delivery to campaign launch dates
• Ensure alignment/approvals on final asset creatives, communicating any edits to creative team.
• Build relationships and maintain clear communication with our cross-functional teams to support key initiatives to meet traffic, engagement, conversion, and revenue goals.
• Lead UX Azure ticketing system for seamless execution for our monthly campaigns in partnership with our UX Team and cross-functional partners including content handoffs and QA reviews.
• Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing reports and insights to inform future strategies.
Required Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or a related field
Required Skills & Experience
• 1-3 years of professional or internship marketing experience with retail marketing, campaign execution, content creation project management or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with Figma, Screendragon and/or project management tools is a plus.
• Passion for and expertise in direct-to-consumer marketing including retail and ecommerce channels.
• Proactive, self-starter, self-manager, and tenacity in finding solutions to problems
• Outstanding organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and attention to detail.
• Experience with in-store events, event planning, marketing and promotional activations.
• Project management of creative deliverables to execute marketing campaigns with excellence.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues and willingness to adapt to changing priorities in response to business trends.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
• This position has a Remote location: Associate will have no regular requirement to be on- site. Travel on-site is limited to special events.
