Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding travel support to Czech-speaking customers across multiple communication channels
• Assist with reservations, changes, cancellations, and general travel inquiries
• Resolve customer issues promptly and with professionalism
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech and English, with both written and spoken proficiency, is essential.
• You must clearly state your nationality and native language in your application.
• You need the right to live and work in Greece, or an EU citizenship.
