Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for a Czech-Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Ride-Sharing App Department in Greece! In this dynamic role, you will connect with our Czech-speaking users, assisting them with their ride-sharing needs and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience on the platform.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to Czech-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
- Assist users with inquiries related to the ride-sharing app, accounts, and promotions
- Document customer interactions accurately in our support system
- Collaborate with internal teams to efficiently resolve user issues
- Gather user feedback to enhance service quality
- Stay updated on the latest app features and improvements
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to ensure continued professional development
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and verbal, is required.
- Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Prior experience in customer support, preferably within the technology or ride-sharing sectors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A positive attitude with a customer-first approach
- Ability to multitask and manage inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer support tools and ride-sharing apps is a plus
