Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Czech-Speaking Customer Support Representative in the Food Delivery Service Department, based in Greece! In this dynamic role, you will be the voice of our food delivery service, providing exceptional support to our Czech-speaking customers. Your contributions will help ensure that customers enjoy a seamless experience as they order their favorite meals.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Czech via phone, email, and chat
• Assist users with inquiries related to food orders, delivery issues, and app navigation
• Document customer interactions accurately in our support system
• Collaborate with restaurant partners and delivery teams to resolve customer issues
• Educate customers on available services, promotions, and app features
• Collect and relay feedback to improve service quality
• Participate in training to enhance knowledge of our services and the local food landscape

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and verbal, is required.
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Experience in customer support, preferably in the food delivery or hospitality sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A customer-first attitude and enthusiasm for helping others
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and technology
