Mercier Consultancy is delighted to present an exciting opportunity for a Czech-Speaking Customer Service Representative in our Client's Fitness & Sports Equipment Department. In this crucial role, you will be the voice of our company, assisting Czech-speaking customers with their inquiries regarding our range of fitness products and sports equipment.

Your expertise in the Czech language will enable you to effectively communicate and support clients as they navigate their fitness needs, helping them find the right products and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in Czech through phone, email, and chat regarding fitness and sports equipment inquiries
• Assist customers with product information, order placements, and service-related questions
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally
• Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Gather customer feedback to help enhance our services and product offerings
• Stay updated on fitness trends and new product releases to provide accurate information

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
• Genuine interest in fitness and sports equipment, eager to assist customers in achieving their goals
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is an advantage
