Mercier Consultancy is excited to present a unique opportunity for a Czech Speaking Customer Service Agent to work in Greece! We are searching for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about providing outstanding customer support to our Czech-speaking clients while enjoying the benefits of a fully paid relocation package to beautiful Greece.

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, assisting them with inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience. Your fluency in Czech will play a vital role in fostering effective communication and building strong relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist Czech-speaking customers through phone, email, and live chat
• Provide answers to inquiries about our products and services
• Document customer interactions accurately in CRM software
• Work collaboratively with team members to address and resolve customer concerns
• Guide customers on how to utilize our services effectively
• Collect feedback from customers to drive service improvements
• Engage in ongoing training to stay knowledgeable about product updates

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Previous experience in a customer service role is an asset
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Positive attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new culture
