We are recruiting Customer Support Representatives fluent in Czech/Slovak and English for a fully remote position based anywhere in Bulgaria.

Your Role
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a clear, professional manner.
- Provide accurate, reliable, and complete information tailored to each customer's request.
- Identify customer needs and resolve questions efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
- Maintain high service quality and represent the brand with a customer-first approach.
- Handle communications primarily in Czech/Slovak alongside English.
- Collaborate closely with team members and internal support functions.
Your Qualifications
- Fluency in Czech and/or Slovak (native or near-native level).
- Solid working proficiency in English.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Enthusiastic, proactive attitude with an eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively from home independently and as part of a distributed team.
- No previous customer support experience required — fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are welcome.
