We are looking for a Czech Customer Support Representative to work for a leading e-commerce company!

What you will do:

  • Communicating through chat & phone with customers
  • Answering how-to questions
  • Troubleshooting customers' issues
  • Create an amazing experience that customers value

Requirements

The role requires:

  • Native level of Czech
  • Advanced level of English
  • Great communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
  • Computer knowledge/tech savviness
  • Relocation to Athens, Greece
  • EU Passport holder
  • Working on site
